On the disclosure of imported solid wastes as raw materials suppliers and effective registration of foreign qualified notice

 

According to "imported solid wastes as raw materials inspection and quarantine supervision and management measures" (AQSIQ Decree No. 119) and "imported solid wastes as raw materials supplier of foreign registration Management Regulations" (National Quality Inspection Bureau Bulletin No. 98 of 2009), the State Administration of Quality Supervision stepped up imported solid wastes as raw materials supplier registration of foreign qualified management, now eligible for registration with a valid import available solid waste as raw material suppliers overseas notice as follows:

First, as of July 31, 2011, approved by the State Administration of Quality Supervision effective import of solid waste as raw total 2563 foreign suppliers (listed in Annex 1).

Second, eligibility for registration has been suspended but resumed in December 31, 2010 and March 31, 2011 completed the registration expires but continued eligibility for imported solid wastes as raw materials suppliers abroad Total 148 (listed in Annex 2), which in this announcement within 60 days from the date of submission of a complaint to the State Administration of Quality Supervision, or the rectification report. Overdue rectification of the complaint or report, and its foreign suppliers will be eligible for registration from the date of the announcement was withdrawn after 60 days.

Third, the two are not in the list, notice has been revoked by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, cancellation of registration of eligible imports of solid waste as raw materials in accordance with foreign suppliers, "solid waste as raw materials imported for foreign cargo business registration Management Regulations "provisions, re-apply to the AQSIQ registration application.

Fourth, since the date of publication of this announcement, "released in imported solid wastes as raw materials suppliers and effective registration of foreign qualified Notice" (AQSIQ Announcement No. 83 of 2010) and "Moratorium on the 28 companies imported solid wastes as raw materials supplier registration of foreign qualified Notice "(AQSIQ Announcement No. 47 of 2011) shall be repealed simultaneously.
