On imported food, food additives, examine the standards applicable to the notice

 

According to "Food Safety Law" the relevant provisions of the relevant matters are announced as follows:

First, since the date of this announcement, imports Appendix 1, Annex 2, Annex 3 of the products, the port of entry directly to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine institution. New formulation of national food safety standards be automatically included in Annex 1, Annex 2, Annex 3 (Annex 1, Annex 2, Annex 3 log AQSIQ Web site, the Ministry of Health website.

Second, since the date of this announcement, "Food Safety Law" have been imported before the record but no national standards for food safety, food, food additives, food safety issued before the implementation of national standards, according to the original import records criteria specified in the implementation of the test.

Third, since the date of this announcement, the first import of Annex 1, Annex 2, Annex 3 outside food, no food safety by determining the national standard, the importer shall apply for the health administration department and submitted to the relevant security assessment materials; to obtain import license, the importer holds a license issued by the Ministry of Health documents to the immigration port of entry inspection and quarantine institution.
