Chapter I General Provisions

Article 19 prohibits the following food labeling violations:

Chapter IV Legal Liability

Article 39 The administrative penalties prescribed by the regulations above the county level in terms of quality and technical supervision departments within the law implementation.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 40 The management of import and export of food labeling, inspection and quarantine agencies in accordance with the State Administration of Quality Supervision relevant regulations.

Article 41 These regulations shall be interpreted by the AQSIQ.
